スソの揃わないプリーツ。
結構大変な手法ですが、大好きなので手間はおしまず。
制服の様な生地に、大きなリボン。
パンツにも変身する、お楽しみスカート。

Random pleats makes the hem uneven.
Kind of troublesome technique to do, but I don't care 'cause I love it.
Cloth like a school uniform and a big ribbon.
Can be transformed to pants, so it's pretty fun.
